This Is Water David Foster Wallace Commencement Speech

It’s a shame it took 26 years to find this..it’s one of the best speeches I’ve ever heard and the world would certainly be a better place if everyone heard it. When dealing with other people there are always so many gaps between what we know and what their reality is. We can choose how we fill those gaps and we often do so without even thinking about it. David Foster Wallace encourages us to fill the gaps with the most generous interpretations.
