Not only will this article shed important light on flawed nutritional research and the incorrect behavioral changes that resulted from it, but it will also change the way you think about / review scientific research. It is amazing how much of what is debunked here is still alive and well in the nutritional zeitgeist - for example, many still believe that eating a lot of eggs, or other foods high in dietary cholesterol, will increase blood cholesterol levels.
